• A public front door. rebarcore.com now opens to a real landing page. The operator console moved to /fleet, and signed-in users go straight there.
• Demo-ready fleet. Archive retired systems so they drop out of the fleet and its counts, and each breakage now shows how Rebar resolved it instead of a wall of "Down".

June 18, 2026

• Auto-revert after a bad merge. When one of Rebar's own merges regresses in production, Rebar can roll it back on its own. It ships with a shadow mode so you can watch it decide before arming it.
• Fixes that span several files. A single fix can now touch more than one file and still land as one clean pull request.

• A calmer inbox. One card per breakage, a plainer "why it's down", and a reassuring empty state.
