These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rebar (the “Service”), operated by Grayhaven (“Rebar”, “we”, “us”). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization.
Rebar monitors the production systems you connect, diagnoses breakage, and prepares reversible fixes. You control how Rebar applies them with a per-system autonomy setting: in Review mode every fix waits for your approval before anything ships; in Autonomous mode Rebar opens, verifies, and merges fixes on your behalf, holding back anything it judges risky for your review. You choose this setting, and the fleet-wide kill switch lets you halt all autonomous changes at any time. By enabling Autonomous mode you authorize Rebar to make changes to the corresponding systems on your behalf.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service to monitor and repair systems you own or are authorized to manage.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Organization administrators are responsible for managing their members’ access.
You retain all rights to your code, systems, and data. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train our models.
Fees, if any, will be as agreed at sign-up or in a separate order. Access provided during a beta or evaluation period may be offered at no charge and may change.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will detect all breakage, that proposed fixes will be correct, or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. You remain responsible for your production systems and for the changes you approve.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebar and Grayhaven will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rebar and Grayhaven from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and revoke connections at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms end.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes will be the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
